Seventh graders act as hydrologists as they research local issues involving water quality. In this hydrology instructional activity, 7th graders research a local water quality problem. They test the water quality of a local body of water and analyze their data. They conduct a video research conference with other students to discuss water quality issues.
Elementary learners will create a multimedia research presentation. They are assigned different topics to research. Exploration of different types of multimedia software are examined in length. Essential questions and recommendations are included.
High schoolers are engaged in using foreign languages in meaningful situations. They encounter a deeper sensitivity of cultural differences as they question how using multimedia technology enhances the learning experience and delivery of instruction.
