Young scholars use their senses to stay safe in a fire emergency. In this fire safety instructional activity, students discuss how seeing, hearing, touching, and smelling can help you if there was a fire. They complete an attached worksheet about fire safety.

Learners will identify a variety of emergency situations and the appropriate way to address first aid concerns to minimize injuries. They will also discover the planning and preparedness strategies for dealing with emergencies through resources and practice.
