Learners collect data about the state they live in. In this statistics lesson, learners collect and analyze data as they compare themselves to learners in other states. They analyze data about a person's education level, and median household income, as well as other data.
In this lesson learners examine statistics of teenagers using alcohol and marijuana. In groups, they brainstorm the reasons why they believe usage is higher than in years past.
