Undergraduate Education Lesson Plans

Students dismantle and reassemble a camera. In this reverse engineering lesson, students work in groups to disassemble a one-time use camera while writing directions for reassembly. Students switch cameras and directions with another group and try to reassemble their camera.

Undergraduate students create lesson plans. Gagne's Instructional Design is utilized by the student teachers in the writing of the lesson, and the design for its implementation.

Students read the novel Stone Fox and review economic concepts including income, goods, and services. They define the following terms: capital, credit, credit risk and summarize their reading by reading several chapters at a time. They work in small groups to design their own business.

Students examine and discuss how the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor impacted the United States and World War II.
