3.0 Fitness and Conditioning: The student will recognize and establish behavioral factors leading to the development of total fitness.
4.0 Rhythmic Activities: The student will exhibit a level of competency by performing various rhythmic activities.
5.0 Educational Gymnastics: The student will practice body control through various educational gymnastic activities appropriate to the individual's ability and confidence level in a non-competitive setting.
6.0 Outdoor Education: Develop competency in outdoor education activities that provide opportunities for lifelong enjoyment and challenge.
7.0 Aquatics: Acquire skills and knowledges that provide opportunities for enjoyment, fitness and personal survival in the aquatic environment.

4.0 Personal Fitness and Related Skills: The student will have the skills and knowledge to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of personal fitness.
5.0 Safety and First Aid: The student will recognize and have the knowledge to react appropriately to accidental and life threatening situations.
6.0 Sexuality and Family Life: The student will examine behaviors, responsibilities, and attitudes of human sexuality and recognize the influence of social and family structures on decision-making.
7.0 Substance Use and Abuse: The student will differentiate between appropriate and inappropriate use of chemical substances.
