 Competency Goals:: 12: The learner will demonstrate a competent level of physical activity, sport, and fitness literacy.
Objectives:
12.01: Identify a few of the critical elements of basic movement patterns. 12.02: Use concepts of space awareness and movement controls to run, hop, and skip in different ways in a large group without bumping into others or falling. 12.03: Identify and demonstrate the major characteristics of mature walking, running, hopping, and skipping. 12.04: Use feedback to improve performance.
