I know that making writing lessons interesting, and motivating, is often difficult with time and curriculum restraints. What I would like to do is make writing activities fun for everyone, including the teacher. With a guide to the best lessons, and helpful tips, teaching writing can be a truly enjoyable experience.

B. A. English from UCLA
Teacher credential and M.Ed. from UCLA
M.A. in journalism from USC

Experience:

After receiving a teaching credential from UCLA, I went on to teach in various Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara schools. I have also worked for a variety of newspapers, including my hometown weekly the Santa Barbara Independent. But even as a reporter my focus has been on education and children. It is always been what I have felt passionate about.
