He feels like returning to Venezuela and to his plans for the Revolution and to keep fighting.\"\u003cbr/\u003eIn previous videos released by the Cuban government, Castro has been heard speaking but the comments were pre-taped. \u003cbr/\u003eThe 80-year-old Castro transferred control of Cuba's government to his brother Raul after undergoing intestinal surgery in July 2006 and then dropped out of public view, fuelling speculation about his condition.\u003cbr/\u003e\"I think that when the time is right, he'll appear,\" said Luis Molina, another resident of Havana. \"All of us are expecting that.
