Basically we have a long list of investigation procedures which have to be completed and include an extensive review of the medical records, interview the witnesses which were with Mrs Smith or witnessed her collapse, further cardiovascular examination of the heart, neuro-pathological examination of the brain and spinal cord.\" \u003cbr/\u003e8. Cutaway, press \u003cbr/\u003eA medical examiner says more tests will be necessary to determine what caused the death of Anna Nicole Smith.\u003cbr/\u003eThe former playmate and reality TV star was found unconscious yesterday in her hotel room by a private nurse. Police say no illegal drugs were found in the room, just prescription medication.\u003cbr/\u003e\"At this point, no evidence has been revealed to suggest a crime occurred,\" said Seminole police chief Charlie Tiger. \"We are continuing to review surveillance tapes, but nothing usual has been observed.\" \u003cbr/\u003eThe doctor who performed the autopsy has excluded any trauma as a cause of death. He says the autopsy revealed only \"subtle findings\" in the heart and gastrointestinal tract.\u003cbr/\u003eDr Joshua Perper,  Medical Examiner for Broward County, Florida, said Smith had apparently been sick for several days with some kind of stomach flu. He also says minor bruises were on her back from a previous fall. \"Basically we have a long list of investigation procedures which have to be completed,\" Dr Perper
