gun, killing the 35 year old man.\u003cbr/\u003eBrazill was grilled by the prosecution for more than an hour, during which he prosecutor Marc Shiner how he held the palm-sized .25-calibre handgun he brought to school the last day of school last year.\u003cbr/\u003eShiner repeatedly questioned Brazill about his intent on May 26, 2000, the day the seventh-grader returned to Lake Worth Middle School in Florida, about two hours after he was suspended by a counselor for throwing a water balloon.\u003cbr/\u003eBrazill, repeating what he told defence attorney Robert Udell on Tuesday, said the shooting was an accident. \u003cbr/\u003eBrazill said he thought the gun's safety catch was on and that he never meant to harm Grunow, whom he described as \"a nice guy, a good teacher.\"\u003cbr/\u003eThe 14-year-old boy mostly spoke with the same calm, collected voice he used the previous day, but wiped away tears for the first time as he spoke about the shooting death of Grunow, 35.   \u003cbr/\u003eIf convicted of first-degree murder, Brazill faces life in prison without parole. \u003cbr/\u003eHe also could be found guilty of second-degree murder or manslaughter,
