This time, band members say they're circulating ideas for songs remotely and during a recent South American tour. \u003cbr/\u003e\"Everybody in the band is like writers. So we all have our home studios. We all record ideas and pass them around. It's that type of vibe,\" said guitarist DJ Ashba. \u003cbr/\u003e\"We're going to be in Vegas all together, so hopefully during that time we're going to be able to get into the room and start laying down some more stuff,\" Fortus added. \u003cbr/\u003eThe band was performing at the awards ceremony and Axl Rose -- the only remaining original member of the group -- was being honored with a lifetime achievement award. \u003cbr/\u003eOthers outside the show said they were holding out hope for a full reunion between Rose and guitarist Slash. \u003cbr/\u003e\"That of course was a gigantic mess,\" said Alice Cooper. \"It was pretty chaotic. I still think they're going to get together again.
