I'm sure this was the right stepping stone  that we wanted to see in place in our step-by-step approach, leading up to Florence this  Friday and total eradication in due course of BSE from the UK and the resumption of  normal trade in animals and meat and meat products. So it's been a very good day's  work once again very ably chaired by the Commission, member states as well have  been totally supportive, many of the reservations of the member states have been taken  on board, incorporated into the final commission decision and it's an excellent sign that  all the member states are now supporting our eradication programme. That, of course,  is only part of the story. We've now got to start on the implementing some of the fine  detail of the plan, you know all about the passport, the (inaudible) of meat and bone  meal, the enforcement in slaughter houses. We've now got to put in place the  arrangements for the selective culling of cattle this though must go to parliament first.  So this is only the first step.
