(June 24)\u003cbr/\u003e     For almost 50 years this tugboat has sat upright on the bottom of Lake Champlain.\u003cbr/\u003e     As this underwater video shows, the paint scheme of the William H McAllister is still clear.\u003cbr/\u003e     The fire hoses remain coiled on the deckhouse walls.\u003cbr/\u003e     And the tug's fuel tanks sit inside-- which has raised some concern.\u003cbr/\u003e     The tanks could hold as much as 14-thousand gallons of diesel fuel.\u003cbr/\u003e     There were no reports of large amounts of fuel washing up on the shore.\u003cbr/\u003e     But if the tanks failed, the fuel could foul the shores of Lake Champlain in Vermont and New York.\u003cbr/\u003e     Environmental officials sent a remote operated vehicle down to the wreck site to check its condition.\u003cbr/\u003e     Once the results of the expedition are analyzed, the EPA plans to send divers down for a closer look.\u003cbr/\u003e     Then- if needed- the remaining fuel would be pumped out.\u003cbr/\u003e     The McAllister went down five miles south of Port Kent, New York in November 19-63.\u003cbr/\u003e     It happened after the vessel
