Jeff Miller (R) Florida has accused the VA of failing to adequately respond to an earlier subpoena, which sought emails and documents related to the growing scandal at the VA.\u003cbr/\u003eThe inspector general at the Veterans Affairs Department says 26 VA facilities are being investigated nationwide, including a VA facility in Phoenix.\u003cbr/\u003eThat facility faces allegations that 40 people died while waiting for treatment and that staff kept a secret list of patients in order to hide delays in care.\u003cbr/\u003e\"This committee in a bipartisan fashion is going to take a stand and make sure the Department of Veterans Affairs, regardless of what administration is in office, doesn't allow our veterans to stand in line to get the benefits to that they have earned,\" said Rep.
