Former Information Minister Mohammed Al Said Sahaf\u003cbr/\u003eAbout two hundred former employees of Iraq's now defunct Ministry of Information demonstrated on Saturday in front of their former workplace demanding unemployment compensation.\u003cbr/\u003eThe former information ministry employees were sacked in May 2003 when U.S. Civilian Administrator L. Paul Bremer dissolved the ministry.\u003cbr/\u003eThe ministry had tightly controlled Iraq's media and the work of foreign journalists.\u003cbr/\u003eThe demonstrators say they were paid a severance for about four months but have not been paid anything for six months.\u003cbr/\u003eA former employee, Quther Taufiq, said: \"We are left to suffer from the harshness of life and we cannot get our
