Sarwar walking away \u003cbr/\u003eThe Pakistani father of girl brought here from Scotland against her mother's will, plans to seek legal custody of child, the man's lawyer said on Friday. \u003cbr/\u003eMolly Campbell arrived in the eastern Pakistani city of Lahore with her father and elder sister last Friday. \u003cbr/\u003eHer mother in Scotland alleged that her daughter had been abducted.       \u003cbr/\u003eLabour party politician of Pakistani origin, Mohammed Sarwar from Glasgow travelled to Lahore to try to diffuse the situation.\u003cbr/\u003eHe told reporters that Molly told him she wants to remain in Pakistan. \u003cbr/\u003eSarwar spoke with the girl, Molly Campbell, and her father, Sajad Ahmed Rana days after her mother, who lives in Scotland, claimed that her daughter had been taken to Pakistan against her will.\u003cbr/\u003e\"This is very unfortunate, that something which was a tragic family dispute blew up out of proportion in the United Kingdom and all met at her school by her elder sister, Tahmina, and they flew from Stornoway to Glasgow before boarding a flight to Lahore.\u003cbr/\u003e\"It was my own choice and I really like it here,\" Molly Campbell said, sitting next to her father in Lahore.\u003cbr/\u003e\"My mum didn't let me see my dad for a year and a half, so it wasn't fair, so I'm just living with my dad now,\" she said.\u003cbr/\u003eScottish police have said the case could be a violation of the Child Abduction Act and the girl's mother, Louise Campbell, who divorced her husband in 2001, has issued pleas for her return.\u003cbr/\u003eSarwar said the girl's father on Friday offered to let his daughter return to Scotland with the politician, but the daughter, also known as Misbah Iram Ahmed Rana, did not want to leave Pakistan.\u003cbr/\u003eFamily lawyer Mohammed Basit said a \"legal guardian lawsuit\" would be filed in the courts either Saturday or Monday and that the father was pursuing interim custody.\u003cbr/\u003eBritish and Pakistani judiciary officials signed a 2003 protocol to return abducted children to the country where they normally lived, where a court would decide which parent the child should live with.\u003cbr/\u003eMolly's parents were married in a Muslim ceremony in Glasgow in 1984, and had two sons in addition to Tahmina and Molly. \u003cbr/\u003eAfter the marriage
