People visiting memorial\u003cbr/\u003eAs Timothy McVeigh sat down on Sunday at noon for his last meal of his choosing, the rest of the prison and the world were getting ready for his execution in less than 24 hours.\u003cbr/\u003eMany inmates were out in the yard on Sunday morning for their one hour of  exercise - later  in the day the prison will go into lock-down mode in anticipation of the execution at on Monday morning.\u003cbr/\u003eMcVeigh spent the day in the 9 by 14 foot cell, a short walk from the execution chamber, phoning family and writing letters.\u003cbr/\u003eHe is allowed to have whatever he wants for his last meal, as long as it costs no more than 20 U-S dollars and does not include alcohol.\u003cbr/\u003eMcVeigh was sentenced to die for the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah federal building that killed 168 people, including 19 children - the worst act of terrorism on U.S. soil.\u003cbr/\u003eOne of McVeigh's lawyers, Chris Tritico, was at the prison to meet again  with McVeigh.\u003cbr/\u003eTritico, who has been meeting regularly with his client, says McVeigh is ready to die.\u003cbr/\u003eProtestors have been gathering in front of the prison site since Saturday.\u003cbr/\u003eNew signs were set up this morning to direct protestors to nearby parks.\u003cbr/\u003eFather Ron Ashmore from St. Margaret Mary's Church, is Tim McVeigh's unofficial spiritual guide in these last days and hours. \u003cbr/\u003eHe has exchanged  numerous letters with McVeigh , and believes he is essentially a good man despite his actions.\u003cbr/\u003eIn Oklahoma City damage from the bombing that tore into the Murrah Federal building remains on structures such as the nearby YMCA.\u003cbr/\u003eSome of those who survied the blast say they hope the attention will
