And sustainable seafood is a big part of what we're doing today. And we thought that setting a Guinness world record by building the longest sustainable seafood taco would be fun and delicious teachable moment and a way to engage our community to become curious, to become conscious, discriminating consumers of seafood.  \u003cbr/\u003eSOT: Rebecca Cutts, Marketing Specialist for Emory University Dining: Well, basically we're given a contact person who works with Guinness Book of World Records and she's our representative that is assigned to our specific case. We've been in contact with e-mails. She send us a report of specific set of guidelines for this particular record which is the longest line of tacos. So we're given a set of criteria to follow. For instance the tacos have to be touching, the wet ingredients we need to use, that sort of thing. We're hoping to turn this record in at the beginning of next week and because we have a fast-track program, it should be within three business days that this can be certified.\u003cbr/\u003eSOT: Jann Dickerson, Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute: Fish tacos happen to be a favorite of college students because it's hand-held.
