This is only the second time in recent history that a collection has been auctioned for charity at Christie''s. Paulson expects at least thirty million dollars to go to the fund.\u003cbr/\u003eThe collection has been donated by a prominent New York collecting couple, Donald Jonas and his wife Barbara, and represents thirty years of acquisitions\u003cbr/\u003eThe Jewish Communal Fund, according to its website is a publicly supported foundation that provides individuals, families and corporations with the support and advice they need to reach their philanthropic and tax saving goals.\u003cbr/\u003eThe collection consists of fifteen paintings, drawings and sculptures, including works by De Kooning,
