receiving minor hospital treatment in New Delhi last week.   \u003cbr/\u003eIn recent months, the Dalai Lama has had a number of health problems that have interrupted his busy schedule of international travel to teach Buddhism and highlight the Tibetan struggle for more freedom under Chinese rule.\u003cbr/\u003eOn Tuesday, the Dalai Lama will travel to Venice, where he will also
