The alleged victim being Richard Field. Count two: the crime of murder. The alleged victim being Lina Bolanos. A plea of not guilty was entered on your behalf in both counts.\"2. Cutaway Steve Sack, Defense Attorney3. UPSOUND: (English) John Pappas, Suffolk Chief Trial Counsel:\"As the officers entered the apartment they found the lights to be off. While performing or beginning to perform a protective sweep of that apartment, your honor, an officer encountered a black male dressed in dark clothing. In the ensuing moments, your honor, there was an exchange of gunfire. Other officers who had not entered the apartment at that time heard gunfire, as well. And they wound up discharging their weapon at the man who was being fired upon. That particular individual is the defendant who is before you today, Mr. Bumpumin Teixeira. He was apprehended by police officers outside the apartment.\"4 . Inside of that backpack, your honor, was filled with jewelry, presumably belonging to Ms. Bolanos.5. UPSOUND: (English) Bampumim Teixeira, Accused in Double Murder:(unintelligble response)STORYLINE:A man suspected of killing two engaged doctors in their luxury Boston condominium has been ordered held without bail.Not-guilty pleas to two counts of murder were entered for 30-year-old Bampumim Teixeira, of Chelsea, who kept his eyes closed throughout his arraignment Monday in his hospital room.Court-appointed defense attorney Steve Sack did not argue for bail.A judge also agreed to impound some documents in the case for 90 days.Police found the bodies of 38-year-old Dr. Lina Bolanos and 49-year-old Dr. Richard Field on Friday night while responding to a report of a man with a gun.
