Daniels claims she had sex with President Donald Trump.  \u003cbr/\u003e              Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, said there was \"no question\" President Trump knew about an agreement signed days before the 2016 presidential election which prevented Daniels from discussing alleged sexual encounters between her and the president. \u003cbr/\u003e              Avenatti alleges that the agreement is \"null and void and of no consequence\" because Trump didn't personally sign it.\u003cbr/\u003e              Asked about Avenatti's claims Wednesday, White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said: \"We've addressed our feelings on that situation, and I don't have anything else to add\" and \"the American people were aware of this and voted for the President.\" \u003cbr/\u003e              Sanders also defended Veterans Affairs Secretary David Shulkin after a watchdog report found communications breakdowns, chaos and spending waste at the agency during the Obama years that put patients at a major hospital at risk. \u003cbr/\u003e              Shulkin served at the agency during that time and is now fighting to keep his job.\u003cbr/\u003e            \u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003e              Washington - 7 March 2018\u003cbr/\u003e              1.
