He's at a detention center not too far away. But he he looked attentive and that he was obviously watching what was going on in the courtroom from where he was and he was paying very close attention to what was going on. At least he looked like he did. He was gazing into the camera. He appeared to be focused on what was happening, what the judge was doing at the bench. And he but he did not say anything. His hair was long. He was in kind of a bluish detention center clothing. But again he did not. He did not speak.\" \u003cbr/\u003e              STORYLINE: \u003cbr/\u003e              Associated Press reporter Brian Witte described the proceedings for Jarrod W. Ramos, 38, who was arraigned in the Annapolis District Court Friday and charged with five counts of first-degree murder in the killings inside Maryland's Capital Gazette office.\u003cbr/\u003e              Witte said in a report that the judge denied bail for Ramos and that the state's attorney gave details of how the gunman accused of killing five people in a vendetta against the newspaper barricaded the rear exit to prevent anyone from escaping and blasted his way through the newsroom with a pump-action shotgun, cutting down one victim trying to slip out of a backdoor.\u003cbr/\u003e              Witte explained that the hearing was brief in which Ramos appeared by video, watching attentively but not speaking. \u003cbr/\u003e              He said, \"he was obviously watching what
