This is an extract from the hour-long lecture entitled, \"The Greatest Ever Economic Change\", which is the first in a series of free public lectures to be delivered in London but then released online for free. The transcript and downloadable versions of the first lecture is already available from the Gresham College website Gresham College has been giving free public lectures since 1597.
