How To Win A Nobel Prize - Read More: The Nobel Prize in Physics 2018 The Nobel Prize in Physics 2018 was awarded ‘for groundbreaking inventions in the field of laser physics’ with one half to Arthur Ashkin ‘for the optical tweezers and their application to biological systems’, the other half jointly to Gérard Mourou and Donna Strickland ‘for their method of generating high-intensity, ultra-short optical pulses.’” The winners of the 2018 Nobel Prize in chemistry are harnessing the power of evolution “The 2018 Nobel Prize in chemistry, announced today (Oct. 3), goes to scientists whose work wields the power of evolution. Frances Arnold of the California Institute of Technology received the award ‘for the directed evolution of enzymes.’ Separately, Greg Winter of the University of Cambridge and George P.
