They made them at the third #MetKids Animation Lab, held April 2–6, 2018! Kids explored the theme of composite, or hybrid, creatures depicted in art from around the world. The animators worked in teams to create short videos that address the question: How would these superheroes solve a problem faced by New Yorkers? The Metropolitan Museum of Art welcomes all visitors and affirms its commitment to offering programs and services that are accessible to everyone. Transcript Ganesha reads in the news that the Sphinx is polluting the East River. Ganesha meets Octosquid. They think of a plan to clean the river and get rid of the Sphinx. They also remember that the Sphinx's weakness is mineral water! They surround the Sphinx and spray her with mineral water. Ganesha and Octosquid also clean the East River.
