The name of the game is understanding why people discriminate and why there is so much racism out there. Unfortunately, the level of public discourse related to racism and discrimination has been more than disappointing. In fact, I firmly believe the hypocrisy of our intellectual elites has made situations such as those in Charlottesville more frequent and deepened our divide when it comes to huge challenges such as the refugee crisis in Syria.
