Well, for starters, we know that teaching a child the rudiments of maths is a one daunting and tiring task mainly because there are children out there who just hate maths. Well, if your kid is one of them and if you think he just isn’t interested in learning subtraction and addition then don’t worry because today we are here with some solutions that might work for you. Because at the end of the day, maths is important and you can’t just run away from this struggle. For starters, if it’s the beginning then we’d suggest you start with the numbers that fall between 1 to 10. Yes, you read that right! You see, if you directly start juggling between numbers 1 - 100 then chances are that your child will get confused and he will lose all the interest he has for maths. So, whenever you are starting, just work on the numbers from 1 to 10 because that way it will be easier for your child to pick the concept of addition and subtraction. Not only this, in fact, you can opt for Youtube videos because let’s face it, children just love visuals and they would do anything to watch online videos. So, why not use this to teach them about the rudiments of maths? You see the concept of adding and subtracting is a little confusing for your child but if you make the learning process a little more fun, we assure you that you will find some success in it. So, use videos, play games and read your children some story books that somehow are related to maths and especially addition and subtraction.
