In this video, we discuss and understand the meaning of a resistance in an electrical circuit or network. We also try to learn the basic physics that makes up a resistance and how the value of resistance changes as the dimensions of the conductor change. Many a times, in electrical networks, there are multiple resistances. It is required to find out an effective resistance of these resistances. It can be done by finding equivalent resistance in series or parallel combination depending upon the electrical network.
