Goal setting, life goals, self improvement and finally getting out of bed and stopping eating that chocolate! Everybody has had those days where you goto bed and you say to yourself that tomorrow will be the day you wake up, put on your make up, look like a supermodel, eat clean, blast the family chores, crush it online, vlog like a boss, be the perfect wife, the perfect mom and still have time to look after yourself and invest in your own future. However, you wake up after a terrible nights sleep, your dog won leave you alone, your kids are sick, your husband is late, your hair just wont behave, you miss that bus, you forget that email and the world comes crumbling down.... pass me the chocolate and the glass of wine. Im here you tell you you CAN set goals and you CAN achieve those goals and go after the lift you want today. I found the best way to set goals and to achieve them is by integrating them into your life one week at a time. Write a list of your goals, your day to day wish list. Each week add a new one into the mix. Start off week one with making sure you are always dressed, next week that you have added a make up routine, next week you can always do household chores, then that training course or that gym session.... and as the weeks go on you are achieving each goal without the manic juggle of learning all of them in one go. After 3-4 months you will look like supermom, supermodel, crushing it with business and setting the world to rights. You can do it!
