If you can arrange for child care this will give you that space and time you need to get those hard creative tasks done. 2 - DO YOUR MOST IMPORTANT TASKS FIRST - This will help you make sure that if you are playing catch-up that the more import thing is already done and less panic and worry for deadlines. 3 - MAKE A WORK SPACE - Dedicate a desk, a room, or a corner to being your personal work space. This will help you train your brain to know that when you are in this bubble, its time to crush it! 4 - MAKE SET TIME WINDOWS FOR EMAILS - If you can dedicate time to a emails certain times of the day it will stop being a constant drip drip drip of your attention during the day, leading to unnecessary time loss. 5 - MEAL PLAN - Planning for in advance can help budget and overall efficiency of your day. If you have already done a meal plan you can shop easier and maybe even meal prep in advance. 6 - ONLINE FOOD SHOP - Save the time wasted and fighting with your kids or other shopping in the grocery store. With your new meal plan you will now know exactly what and when you are eating your meals. This lends itself to shopping online and having the food delivered to you door. 7 - GET UP EARLY OR STAY UP LATE - Work out if you are a early bird or a night owl. That way you can claw back time that you could use more productively and maximise the most productive times of your life routine. 8 - MASTER THE ART OF MULTITASKING - Try and find ways to keep learning or working while you to every day tasks. Listen to podcasts while walking your kids to school or while feeding the little ones their breakfast. 9 - TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOURSELF - To prevent burn out make sure that every day you take 15-30mins to yourself.
