It works for informative or persuasive presentations. \u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003e1. An attention grabber or attention getter. This is also called a presentation opening but it must fit within the overall introduction. It is the very first thing you say and should last about 30 seconds or so. This is a key component in drawing your audiences' attention.\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003e2. Audience benefit. Listeners want to know why they are listening. What is the benefit to them specifically? Tell them in just two to three sentences what they will get out of the presentation. This is another great way to gain your audiences' attention.
