As with all Speaking Part 2 questions, you need a strategy for talking about this.

Organize your notes, and your 2-minute speech, like this:

Describe what it looks like
Talk about why you like it
Tell a personal story about the building

In my sample answer, I talk about a famous skyscraper in downtown Portland, nicknamed ‘The Big Pink”.

I follow this strategy in my talk. However, I don’t have a lot of time for the story!

Remember, you want the examiner to have to stop you at two minutes so you show that you can speak fluently and talk about a topic in detail.
