That’s what this I explain in this video.

One reason behind giving up quickly is based on the concept of learned helplessness. Learned helplessness is a conditioned response to repeated exposure to failures, disappointments, and mistreatment and AND feeling powerless to control these situations. You learn to expect pain and suffering without having a way to escape it.
