The denim was cut on my Xtool 40W diode laser to fit perfectly into a cylinder shape mould and each and every layer was soaked in resin. What all the 500 plus layers were in the mould and resin all cured it was time to shape on my lathe. Applied clear gloss lacquer finish to bring the materials alive.
