Sometimes a helping hand or a sympathetic ear are the only super powers you’ll ever need.

Episode Highlights:

• Classical Theatre Of Harlem: While providing free theatre experiences to the community, this organization also gives actors, playrights, and technicians the chance to fulfill their dreams of performing classic works that they ordinarily would never get a chance to do.

• Red Bulletin – Heroes Of The Year: The official Magazine of Red Bull presents its inaugural Heroes Of The Year issue honoring 6 individuals who have made a significant difference in the world. Honorees include Olympic Ski Champion Lindsey Vonn.

• Sprouts Cooking Club: The Chef-In-Training initiative of this non-profit teaches restaurant level skills to young adults looking to make a change in their troubled lives. The school offers hands-on experience that gives kids a new passion in life.

• Human Hug Project: Two veterans and a Marine Corps wife have all dealt with PTSD. Together, they are attacking the fear and anxiety of this condition with love, and a good hug.

TV Personality and mother of 2, Marysol Castro is a veteran network newscaster who last year made Major League Baseball history when she stepped up to the mike at Citi Field as the first Latina PA Announcer for the NY Mets. As host of “The Hero In You”, Marysol builds on her “good news” legacy from the OnlyGood TV original Series “The Weekly Good.”
