A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court - Mark Twain Patents

Ninth graders use Mark Twain texts to analyze the author and research the patents he backed during his life. In this Mark Twain lesson, 9th graders view a PowerPoint about King Arthur and discuss questions. Students investigate everyday objects' patents and create a PowerPoint on inventions to present to Samuel Clemens. Students research Samuel Clemens and complete a King Arthur worksheet.
