A Disappearing Act

In this science activity, students investigate evaporation by conducting an investigation with water on the playground and on a chalkboard. Students also observe jars with the lids on and off to measure the results of evaporation. Students record their data on the 6 pages.

I was at a crossroads trying to think of a new… interesting… active way to introduce and teach the different types of economic systems. I turned to Lesson Planet and entered “Economic Systems” into the search tab and was inundated with resources and lesson plans and ideas… the kids loved the lesson I modified for them and still ask when we are going to do another lesson like that “Paper Airplane Company” one. Thanks Lesson Planet.
