A Good Cold Pack

Students explore the concept of data collection.  In this data collection lesson, students collect data on temperature change of water as solids dissolve.  Students use a temperature probe to observe the temperature change of water when citric acid, potassium chloride, and other chemicals are added.  Students graph their results in a time v. temp. graph.
