A Religious Exhibition

Eleventh graders are given a scenario, where they are the expert in teachings and traditions of a particular world religion. The artistic director of an art gallery invites you to participate in an exhibition that displays a number of items related to that religion. Students are assigned to research the most significant symbolic items associated with that religion, design the layout of the exhibit, and produce a catalogue to accompany the exhibit.

The new resource preview feature is awesome! It is extremely easy to both find materials and align them with the Common Core Standards. I use those a lot since they are not state-specific, and my lessons must meet the needs of students from different states as well as other countries. You will help me save a lot of planning time!
