Assessing Blame for the Cold War

Learners examine a spectrum that shows the origins of the Cold War. In groups, they compare and contrast the three main schools of thought and identify the strengths and weaknesses of each. To end the instructional activity, they analyze each viewpoint and offer their opinion.
