Basic Body Skill Positions in Motion and in Stillness and Balances

Students perform basic body positions such as pike, tuck stretched and straddle position, recognize different levels and directions, perform balances on different body parts, for instance, balance on two body parts and one cannot be the foot. They also perform movement combinations like skip high or jump low.
