Blind Trail

Students make habitat observations using only their senses of touch, smell, and hearing. They explore a forest habitat by walking a trail in blindfolds while stopping at areas that are flagged for further investigation such as a shady patch, a moss covered stump, or the leaf covered ground.

Lesson Planet is a wonderful resource. I can easily search for lesson ideas and love the great printables. Lesson Planet has cut down on my planning time because I can usually find tried and true lessons on any subject. Why reinvent the wheel?
