Buoyancy

Learners consider the effect of error in experimentation.  In this physical science lesson, students compensate for an error that occurs when a substance is weighed on a balance. Learners are guided in steps through the lab experience and asked to explain conclusions they have made.  This is a practice lab meant as a followup after a hands-on experience, no materials are used with in the lesson.
