Busy Intersections

Pascal's Triangle is a key tool in helping students to predict patterns. By placing a certain number of points in a circle, students can count the number of intersections between the line segments and establish a pattern. Students can then use that pattern to predict how many intersections there would be in a circle with 10 points. Teachers can find an answer key on the second page of the document.
