# Can you skip count? Then you can multiply!

Third graders practice the skill of skip counting while being introduced to the concept of multiplication. They will use interlocking cubes to represent the action of multiplying. Then they will be introduced to the symbols and notation of multiplication through a chant and corresponding movements. Songs and chants are included as well as a rubric.
