Cardiac Output, Rates of Change, and Accumulation

High schoolers examine and measure the amount of blood being pumped by the heart. In groups, they solve two types of problems that relate to a problem with the heart itself. To end the lesson, they predict and determine the concentration of ice water by calculating the temperature of the mixture.
