Cleaning Up Spills

First graders select and test three materials to determine which one is the best to use when cleaning up a specific kind of spill. They make recommendatins based on their observations and prior experiences. Students are given a scenario and their task is to describe your spill (dry, wet, sticky, etc), choose three different materials that you think works well and tell why you chose them.
