Comprehending Informational Text: The Fallacy of Circular Reasoning

Fallacious reasoning (over-generalization, over-simplification, self-contradiction, circular reasoning, and false causality) is the focus of a mini-lesson that asks learners to identify the circular reasoning in a series of examples. As guided practice, pupils create a dialogue that demonstrates fallacious reasoning  following the pattern set up in the examples.
