Courage Cards

Little kids are easily scared! They're too young to always know if something is dangerous or not. This simple activity has them think of ways they can feel brave if they are scared. A list is made of suggestions from the kids themselves. Then, they make cards that have a picture on one side of something that helps them feel brave, and an adult dictates labels on the other side of the card. These courage cards come from the Arthur episode: "What Scared Sue Ellen?"
